Weekend retreat: |
Over
the weekend of 13 – 15 April 2007 a Lay Ministers Weekend
Retreat was held at de Mazenod in Germiston. This was attended
by 11 participants and conducted by Mother Sharron. The theme
for the weekend was: Listening to, and following
God’s call. While physical needs were being
attended to in excellent fashion by the very attentive and caring
staff at de Mazenod, all participants were given ample time
to contemplate, meditate, pray, withdraw from things and to
give themselves and their time to each other and to God. |
